Click on the Account menu, hover on the Orders tab and select option Backordered Items. A list of your back ordered items is displayed.

1. Click on the Account menu, hover on the Orders tab and select option Backordered Items.
2. Click on the red Cancel Item link below the item to cancel that back order.
